1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or conducting any transaction with Cash4StripsNow.com ("Company"), you ("Seller") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Company's services.

2. Eligibility

Seller represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Seller Representations and Warranties

Seller represents and warrants that:

• All items submitted are legally owned by Seller and free of any liens, claims, or encumbrances
• Items are not stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unlawful to sell
• Items were not purchased, reimbursed, or subsidized by any government or insurance program where resale is prohibited, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or private insurance plans
• Submission and sale of items do not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Items do not alter or interfere with Seller's prescribed medical treatment or care plan

4. Product Requirements

All items must:

• Be factory sealed, untampered, and in original packaging
• Contain valid, legible expiration dates and lot numbers
• Meet Company's current brand and expiration guidelines

Items that are damaged, opened, altered, resealed, expired, short-dated, defaced, missing components, or otherwise non-compliant may be rejected, downgraded in value, or receive no payment at the Company's sole discretion.

5. Inspection and Final Determination

All items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Cash4StripsNow.com retains sole and absolute discretion to determine the condition, authenticity, eligibility, and final value of all submitted items. All determinations are final and binding.

6. Pricing and Quotes

All quotes are valid for seven (7) days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Items must be received within this timeframe and by the 21st of the applicable month to qualify for quoted pricing.

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice and are not guaranteed to reflect fair market value.

7. Payment Terms

• Standard payments are issued within 3-7 business days after inspection and processing (for orders under $2,500), subject to operational conditions and third-party payment processor limitations
• Orders valued at $2,501 - $7,499 will be paid on a net 7-10 business day basis
• Orders valued at $7,500 or more will be paid on a net 10-14 business day basis
• Payment timelines are estimates and may be extended due to verification, volume, or external factors
• Check payments are sent in batches every Monday and Thursday

The Company is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

8. Payment Responsibility

Seller is solely responsible for providing accurate payment information. Cash4StripsNow.com is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to Seller error. All payments made are final and non-reversible by the Company.

Seller agrees not to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or disputes after payment has been issued. In the event of such action, the Company reserves the right to pursue recovery, including collections, legal action, and associated costs.

9. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Seller is solely responsible for packaging items securely. Seller assumes all risk of loss, damage, theft, or delay during transit until items are physically received and accepted by the Company.

Cash4StripsNow.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments. Seller is responsible for filing any claims with the carrier.

10. Non-Conforming Items

Items that do not meet requirements, including unapproved brands or conditions not pre-negotiated, may:

• Receive reduced payment or no payment
• Not be returned unless requested within the designated timeframe and at Seller's expense
• Be disposed of, destroyed, or donated at the Company's discretion

11. Returns and Abandonment

Seller must request the return of items within twenty-four (24) hours of processing notification. Items not requested within this timeframe shall be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of without further obligation.

Once payment has been issued, all sales are final and Seller relinquishes all rights to the items.

A return shipping fee of $5.99 must be paid before any items are returned, and this is at the Company's full discretion if a return is even allowed.

12. Title Transfer

All right, title, and interest in submitted items transfer irrevocably to Cash4StripsNow.com upon receipt and inspection.

13. Fraud and Misrepresentation

Any attempt to submit fraudulent, counterfeit, altered, or unlawfully obtained items may result in forfeiture of items, denial of payment, and potential reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash4StripsNow.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the final value assigned to the items during inspection.

15. Indemnification

Seller agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cash4StripsNow.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• Seller's breach of these Terms
• Seller's violation of any law or regulation
• Seller's submission of unlawful, ineligible, or misrepresented items

16. Privacy and SMS Terms

Providing a telephone number or using Cash4StripsNow LLC's website or services does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated marketing text messages.

If a Seller affirmatively opts in through a form or another disclosed consent method, Cash4StripsNow LLC may send automated SMS or MMS messages concerning the Seller's quote request, shipping and fulfillment, transaction and payout updates, customer support, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

Opting out of text messages does not prevent Cash4StripsNow LLC from communicating through email, telephone calls, mail, or other methods when otherwise permitted.

Seller consents to receive communications from the Company via phone, SMS (including automated systems), email, and mail. Seller acknowledges that communications may be recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution.

SMS Communications and Mobile Information

If you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from Cash4StripsNow LLC, we may send SMS or MMS messages concerning quote requests, shipping and fulfillment, transaction and payout updates, customer support, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers solely as necessary to deliver messages on our behalf, maintain our communications systems, or comply with applicable law. These service providers are not authorized to use the information for their own marketing purposes.

17. Check Payments

Delivery of check payments via USPS may take 5–14 business days. If a check is lost, Seller must request a stop payment. Replacement checks may take up to 14 business days to process.

18. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, system failures, or governmental actions.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Seller waives the right to a jury trial and agrees to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as part of any class or representative action.

20. Modifications to Terms

Cash4StripsNow.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

By using Cash4StripsNow.com, Seller acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated herein.
